Him and the clique at State House are the classic manifestation of the old cliche - power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely. Remember the "Title Deed being mere pieces of paper" proclamation made last year. These folks are drunk with power and see themselves as invincible. They see Kenyans as silly little pesky pawns.
