In 2002 it was project uhuru, in 2007 project Kibaki, why cant the former president read the writing on the wall? Who said the presidency had been colonized by certain people and will be handed down to certain individuals like as if it was the family cutlery being given to a favored son. All the people were simply saying was the time for change is now and no amount of cajoling and brow beating will help convince them of an idea that ha come of time.
It was also heartening to see another fracas as project K was interrupted at his own public rally in western. To say the least, when did you ever see a sitting president being heckled in that manner, even if it was by people in his camp. If he cant control his ministers, how can he lead the rest of the country who are not willing to tow the line?

Firstly on CHOGM, did anyone see that they gave the Queen a 21 Gun Salute when she arrived in Uganda? No wonder they sing 'God Save The Queen.' It could have been Kony firing away...

As for nomination of MPs, we deserve the leaders we get.

@ALL
- we cast stones, but these so called MPs were once people like me and you. What happened?
-We all know, most of us criticizing these guys would happily do the same things.
-We really ought to all look deep and convince ourselves we are not base at the very core. Nothing else will do.

Perhaps Dr Watson was right about Africans, after all. Else, how do you explain this.

(i)Lack of Education?
I am sure 90% of all the people involved at least reached Form 4, so they are practically learned and "educated" people.

(ii)Lack of Spiritual base?
They say 90% of Kenyans are religious( read Christian, so they at least know about commandments and Golden rule and such stuff)

(iii) Lack of Wisdom=Lack of Critical thought
Most Probably. Being unable to realize the cause-effect principal. Intelligence.

How else do you explain 40 years of nothingness in Africa?

Someone wake me up from my hopelessness!

Kenyan politicians are some of the most disgusting, vile piece of trash you can ever come across.

As for the Commonwealth, I was reading on BBC site how some UG are happy to see the Queen. Mental slavery I tell you. Impress the mzungu by washing the house one day. Stupid motherfukers

First things first.
1. There is no democracy when it comes to nominations - That process was so flawed from what I have been reading, one person wins the nomination but the more influential gets the certificate.
2. Violence is still alive and well - I saw a pic of Amin Walji landing kicks a rival's supporter and knew things really haven't changed. I'm just waiting for Fred Gumo's crew to come out.
Anyway I will sit here and watch the drama unfold;
<i>"Needless to say that state of order and cleanliness lasted about as long as a Brazilian in a British tube station."</i>
Classic quote! Let's keep it real, Kenyans are those peeps who clean up only when they know visitors are coming; when the guests are gone, it's back to chaos!
