My Fellow Kenyans,

The Old Guards have been cornered. Among them are
those whose visas to the U.K. and the U.S. been
revoked. They have nowhere to go. While some like Moi
who are currently making sure Raila is not announced
the 4th President, Mr Moi would not know how to
explain to a foreign government why he needs political
asylum. The Old guy can hardly speak English much less
Swahili to express his concerns(evident in all his
public speeches). There are many in his camp with
enormous investments acquired using "brutal" force or
dubious means in the past 40 years. These gang of
thieves who include but not limited to Simeon Nyachae,
Njenga Karume, Biwott....you know the rest. The list
goes on and on. These fellows are literally fighting
for their lives knowing fully well they have RAPED
Kenya(our beloved innocent country) for so long, that
they wouldn't know where to begin to defend
themselves. Some don't even know how much they have
stolen considering their level of education. The chess
game is now tricky and almost predictable.
       1. Let the riots begin as a result of
frustration from delayed and rigged votes
       2. 65,000 troops had already been deployed way
ahead of time for this moment and purpose(explains
dispatching them at night)
       3. State of emergency is in order at this point
justified by Mr. Kibaki(who at this point is a sitting
duck) taking instructions from Professor Moi (former
President and Standard 4 teacher) chairing a board of
POWERFUL behind the scene fellows like Muhoho, Uhuru
and the like.
          4. By this time Chairman Kivuitu who is now
surrounded by new comers is tired and not willing to
go as far as trading his life and his family to defend
the integrity of a free and fair election anymore.
After all going by ECK rules, the new 19 commissioners
will out-vote and overrule any decision that does not
favor Mr. Kibaki's re-election.
          5. An alternative ending might be that the
chairman refuses to compromise his integrity and the
matter is then diverted to mirror the U.S.
presidential election decided by the High Court. The
panel of Judges will include Mwai Kibaki's recent new
judges who where brought in to for this purpose
           6. Two weeks or so later, state of
emergency is lifted and its business as usual
(because poor Kenyans have to eat sometime since they
have nothing saved for a rainy season)and Mr. Kabaki
is re-elected; a decision unanimously reached by the
courts.
Prayer resulting in a free and fair Presidential
election is the only miracle I can think of at this
time.

ODM has just addressed a packed press conference indicating that presidential results from a total of 48 constituencies were doctored to favour President Kibaki. Interestingly, the press conference was held at the ECK press centre in the presence of their PNU counterparts - who listened wide-eyed!

The press statement read by Eldoret North MP elect and pentagon member - William Ruto - was to show that someone within the ECK headquarters in Nairobi has marked-up figures so as to deprive Kenyans of their true leaders. This complaint has already been formally filed with ECK yesterday.

For example, according to Ruto, Igembe South constituencies form16A - specifically flown in by chatter flight at the expense of ODM - shows that Kibaki garnered 45,029, while the ECK announced 60,050 votes! Similarly in Kieni constituency Kibaki garnered 54,377 while the ECK announced 72,054! What is shocking however, is that in Juja Kibaki garnered 48,293 votes but the ECK announced 100,390 votes and the sum total of parliamentary votes cast were 85,000 votes. In other words, 15,000 voters came and voted for Kibaki as president - and then walked away without bothering with parliamentary and civic polls! Mwea constituency is another example where form16A shows Kibaki garnered 62,374 votes but the ECK "awarded" him 82,374 votes, while in Molo it was actually 50,175 for Kibaki while the ECK gave him 74,474.

The ODM is saying, if elections were about awarding votes, ECK may as well give Kibaki 500,00 votes for free!

ODM has vowed that unless the ECK backs up its announcement with certified documentary evidence, ladies and gentlemen, this country is headed to the dogs.

ODM further insists that the figures they have tabled are in public domain. The press and all political parties have figures and any variance with ECK officially announced figures is unacceptable.

According to ODM tallying, and as reported by this blogger yesterday, the presidential election results between the top two candidates are as follows:-

Raila: 4,215,437
Kibaki: 3,748,261

Period!!!

Dr. Bishop Margaret Wanjiru has conducted very passionate prayers for the country after the ODM press conference.

Raila had earlier been interviewed by German TV channel - and Raila speaking in German - informed the country that all ODM agents have now arrived with the actual results that were signed by representatives of all political parties and have also this morning be made to swear affidavits.

The country Kenya is presently walking on thin ice and I ASK AGAIN: Will Kivuitu take my unsolicited advise and nullify presidential polls, if not confirm Raila as president?

Or did someone give Kivuitu a job that is far above his capabilities?

PNU are now about to address their own press conference at the same venue. Watch this space.

Now we hear that results from 48 constituencies (most of which are in Kibaki's stronghold areas) have been cooked, according to ODM guys. PNU says that such allegations are aimed at inciting the public. How comes PNU doesn't have any documentary evidence to counteract the ODM "allegations"? I never thought I would feel this much physical anxiety about my country...

I heard Kivuitu say he has registered voter numbers at district level. I am not sure whether he meant constituency level or not but this should prove interesting when we all put the numbers to test on our excel spreadsheets.

Interesting topic for a term paper (thesis) or two. Plotting say MP/civic turnout against presidential. Or turnout in station with and without foreign observes, with and without ODM candidates, turnout vs time results announced etc etc

Have you heard anything about "satellite" monitoring of turn out by our the US?
