If our leaders are leading the charge in robbing and pillaging the continent with unprecedented impunity, what's to stop foreign nations and individuals from getting in on the action? After all, they seem to know what to do with Africa's insane riches. I say, if Equitorial Guinea's leaders still haven't made something of that little square on the map country's oil economy... Well, I bet you Mr. Mann doesn't get to enjoy the world famous accomodations of a third world jailhouse for the entire 34 years or the rest of his life [whichever comes first].
