24 Hour baking and immediate cheque clearing is long overdue.

Cholmondley’s sentence could have been passed much earlier.

i would submit that someone should have used a bankers cheque. or an electronic transfer of some sort.

Well, nobody wanted to leave a paper trail given the kind of trouble Uhuru has attracted to himself… My best guess is that the Prisons GKs were converted into a Wells Fargo of sorts…

24Hr banking is indeed with us in the form of “internet banking”. However our backward & ever over-charging banks interpret that as “checking your balance over a slow web-based medium!”

Transactions is what we need… Transactions! Not account balance checking
    (Ahooi…any banker listening?)

Immediate cheque clearing = Telegraphic &Online transfers and RTGS (Real time Gross Settlement)!
